Can order a sample?
Yes! You can order a sample to check the stitching, sublimation quality, and fabric feel before placing a full order. It usually takes about a week to produce, and delivery takes around three to four days depending on your location.
What is the turnaround time for custom order?
For 80–500 pieces, production usually takes about two weeks, not including shipping. Orders between 500–1,000 pieces typically take around three weeks. More complex items, like American football or baseball uniforms, may need an extra week. For orders over 1,000 pieces, please contact us for an accurate timeline.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 40 pieces per design or set. You can mix different sizes within the same order.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide, including the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. We use reliable couriers to make sure your order reaches you safely and on time.
What payment do you accept?
We prefer bank wire transfers. You can also pay using Western Union, MoneyGram, or Xoom.
Do you print in CMYK or RGB?
We mainly use CMYK for sublimation printing. RGB files are also accepted, though colors may shift slightly during conversion.
